When I’m not blogging or baking, I earn my keep as a Freelance Home Economist. My background is in Food Science and Nutrition and I have spent the last 12 years working in the food industry. Most of my current work is in food preparation, recipe development and testing for magazines, cookbooks, advertising and television.
